Infrastructure Manager (Cyber & IT)

£75,000 – £85,000 + benefits

Location: London - Hybrid

I'm supporting a growing legal technology business that is looking to hire an Infrastructure Manager to take full ownership of its systems, security, and compliance.

This is a hands-on senior post in a tightly regulated setting, reporting straight to leadership. You would be the person keeping everything stable, protected, and audit-ready as the company grows.

What would you own

  • The full AWS estate: servers, networks, storage, backups, and uptime
  • ISO 27001 end-to-end: policies, internal audits, change control, and the external certification cycle
  • Day-to-day security: threat monitoring, patching, vulnerability scanning, and incident response
  • Cloud data: access control, integrity, and GDPR-aligned retention and disposal
  • The company website, its web server, and WordPress upkeep

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
