Infrastructure Operations Analyst
DGH Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the Professional Services industry for an Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join the firm in Leeds.
Important: This role will be fully office-based with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, covering two consecutive 12-hour day shifts and two consecutive 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of the firm’s internal systems using company monitoring tools
- Raising and managing incidents via the ITSM system
- Completing business-as-usual (BAU) tasks
- Ensuring all system monitoring alerts are processed promptly
- Dealing with all incidents and changes appropriately and professionally
- Resolving all customer problems to a satisfactory conclusion
- Ensuring compliance with Incident OLA and SLA targets
- Collaborating with other departments within the business
- Handling major incident management

Required Skills

- Experience and understanding of:
- Windows Server 2016 or later
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later
- Microsoft Office
- Network Technologies (WAN/LAN) and remote access
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools, including:
- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
- SolarWinds
- Datadog
- Squared Up
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and constructive approach
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), including:
- Strong telephone manner
- Robust customer service experience
- Logical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution methods
- Past incident management experience with an ITSM system
- Experience creating knowledge base documentation
