Location: Lancashire, England

With a newly established Combined County Authority and upcoming Local Government Reorganisation, along with major investments in transport and infrastructure, we are seeking exceptional candidates for this pivotal leadership role.

About the Role
An influential leadership opportunity to drive strategic transport and infrastructure development within Lancashire.
In this Programme Director and Senior Client position, you will:
- Lead the £150+ million A582 Highway Improvement Scheme and the Lancashire Central programme.
- Work closely with partners across local and national government to champion major infrastructure projects that enhance growth and connectivity.
- Play a critical role during a period of significant opportunity for Lancashire.

Key Accountabilities
- Direct the delivery of transformative infrastructure projects that align with the county’s economic and social vision.
- Collaborate strategically with government bodies and regional stakeholders to maximise benefit from infrastructure investment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional programmatic and operational excellence.
