Proven, hands-on experience in a comparable cloud infrastructure role, involving the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure components in public cloud such as servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms, with a strong track record of delivering reliable and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Should possess and demonstrate working knowledge on Client’s Business applications & IT portfolio, and should have understanding on ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps along with Terraform, Windows Server Environments, and infrastructure administration.
- Proficiency with Azure AD, SSO/MFA, RBAC, and identity federation protocols (SAML, LDAP).
- Practical scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell).
- Working understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, subnets, routing).
- Define and maintain cloud and data centre architecture principles, reference models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide architectural assurance for infrastructure change requests and new project designs.
- Develop cost-efficient, secure, and performant cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure and private environments.
- Align with Client’s cybersecurity and compliance standards, especially related to identity management and privileged access control.

DC Oncall support: Ability to reach either the Crawley or Croydon data centre within 45 minutes to address on any high priority issues / or any urgent critical IT requirement. Provide 24/7 on-call support (on rotation basis) for data centre operations. On-Call & Overtime pay is applicable to meet the Business & IT needs of the client.
