Infrastructure Specialist (Voice Services)
Salary: £48,987 - £54,430 Location: Manchester Hours: Full Time (35 hours/week) Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 2 office days per week)

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Voice Platform Expertise
- Hands-on experience supporting a 24/7 large-scale enterprise voice platform, including Avaya, RingCentral, Verint, and Genesys.

Service Stability & Controls
- Support engineering activities by:
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Applying established controls
- Balancing stability with ongoing transformation
- Support engineering activities by:

Observability & Management
- Expertise with voice quality and SIP performance tools (VQSP, Virsae).
- Technical knowledge of:
- Avaya System Manager
- ThousandEyes
- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Power BI
