Hunter Douglas Europe is undertaking a major multi-year transformation of its infrastructure landscape. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader (Server, Storage & Cloud) – EMEA to drive standardisation, modernisation and resilience of infrastructure services across a diverse European environment.
This is a UK based role and a key position within the Infrastructure Leadership Team. You will provide both people leadership and technical direction, ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing infrastructure platforms that align with our global technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional infrastructure team, promoting collaboration, accountability and technical excellence.
- Drive the standardisation and consolidation of infrastructure tools, technologies, processes and platforms across multiple business entities.
- Provide technical leadership across server, storage, Active Directory, virtualisation, backup and disaster recovery services.
- Establish and govern infrastructure standards, service levels and best practices to improve reliability, security and efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives including data centre modernisation, cloud adoption and infrastructure transformation programs.
- Champion automation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams across the EMEA region to successfully deliver change and drive adoption of new technologies.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading infrastructure teams within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise across Windows Server, Virtualisation, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Enterprise Storage, Backup & Recovery, Linux and Cloud technologies (primarily Azure).
- Experience delivering infrastructure transformation, standardisation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments and modern infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management, shared services, SLAs and vendor management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
- A pragmatic, resilient and results-driven approach to leadership and delivery.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, with relevant technical certifications desirable.
