Ingénieur montage mécanique H/F

• To second the Construction Manager and working within the function. • Executing the strategy define by the Construction Manager and developing associated tools • Mixing technical expertise and sub-contractor management • Implementing company rules at site and ensuring tracking of the activities • Technical, Operational and proximity interface with supervisor and sub-contractor for execution • Implement LEAN tools • Technical referent within the function · Execution of the discipline works erection strategy as defined by the Construction Manager, Preparation and submittal of detailed construction reports to site management; · Support the creation of a detailed plan and sub schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall schedule; · Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverable and goods at site required for site erection of the discipline work; · Involvement in the management of the subcontractors appointed to install the works within the discipline to ensure that the works are completed on time and within budget and quality; · Implementation within the discipline scope of works of GE EHS policy / site specific EHS plan and for providing subordinates with information about hazards, risks and elimination measures applicable to the site; · Involvement in investigation and remedial action within the scope of the discipline works of all variance and deviations in coordination with the Site Contracts Manager and other site management to eliminate or minimize the cost impact to GE; · Ensuring and maintaining the creation of as-built documentation and quality files within the scope of the discipline works; · Involvement in the coordination with others outside the scope of the discipline works and transition to commissioning · Action to ensure all punch list open items are cleared and to support the commissioning team; · Closely monitor all activities which could have deleterious effects on the environment; · Action to ensure all subcontractors erection resources maintain all work areas in safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately preserved and protected; · Negotiation and presentation skills; · Active and positive in solving problems; · Motivated, motivating and well-aimed promotion of ideas and concepts; · Delegating, setting priorities and acting directly towards the target; · Willing to take responsibility; · “Big Picture” thinking but attention to details; · Exhibits common sense, is respectful and loyal; · Cost awareness, good feel for tradeoffs and compromises; · Open-minded for change and new ideas; · High interest in technical and industrial subject · Goals oriented · Promote and champion “We Put Quality First” and EHS “All together”; · Promote the interests and image of the company at all times; · Adhere to GE Code of Ethics and Values. Profile 1. Education & Trainings Mandatory (MUST) · University degree in mechanical engineering discipline (comparable with bachelor/master); 2. Professional ExperienceMandatory (MUST) · Experience in site construction execution and managing of subcontractors; · Thorough knowledge within the discipline; · Commercial awareness. Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) · General knowledge of power plant systems; Multicultural – able to motivate to get the best out of people in different countries/cultures. undefined 3.
