Project Engineer / Package Lead (M/F)

Our expertise covers new installations, modifications, and preparations for the decommissioning of nuclear sites.

Project Engineer / Package Lead (M/F)
Based in Bristol (UK) or Marcq-en-Barœul (59) or Courbevoie (92), France
Your challenge with us:
Within the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Project Team, you will work as a Project Engineer / Package Lead within our organization to support the delivery of a major project: the construction of the new UK nuclear power station, Sizewell C.

- Coordinating technical interfaces with the operator and the client's engineering teams;
- Leading and managing internal stakeholders (Engineering, Qualification, Procurement, and Logistics);
- Managing contracts established with suppliers by:
- Coordinating technical and contractual exchanges with suppliers;
- Supervising the custom manufacturing of equipment in accordance with our technical specifications and full traceability requirements;
- Monitoring budgets and invoicing;
- Ensuring compliance with contractual milestones;
- Ensuring compliance with customer contractual and technical requirements;
- Preparing and maintaining project reporting (progress, milestones, financial performance, etc.).
The ideal profile
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in engineering project management within a similar environment.
We are looking for candidates with a background as a Business Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager, ideally with experience in the nuclear sector or a comparable industrial environment.
With a continuous focus on technical and financial optimization, you are proficient in forecasting, planning, and project management tools throughout the entire project lifecycle. You ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to deadlines, quality of deliverables, business profitability, and the health and safety of all stakeholders involved.
