Job Title: Advanced Associate, Invigilator (Tidworth – ZH)

Description: In this role, you will support the delivery and integrity of Functional Skills assessments by invigilating English and Mathematics exams for Pearson TQ apprentices. The position aligns with market titles such as Invigilator, Examination Officer, Assessment Support Officer, Exams Administrator, or Assessment Assistant. You’ll ensure assessments are conducted fairly, securely, and in line with awarding body and JCQ regulations, supporting learners in a structured military learning environment.

The Role

This role exists to ensure a fair, compliant, and supportive assessment environment where learners can perform at their best. You’ll wake up knowing your work safeguards assessment integrity and contributes directly to learner success.

In your first six months, your biggest impact will be maintaining high standards of invigilation, building confidence in assessment processes, and ensuring all assessment records are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

What makes this opportunity different is the unique military setting, the variety of assessment types (live exams, mocks, diagnostics, and online learning), and the chance to play a vital role in apprentices’ progression and achievement.

What You’ll Own

Success in this role means assessments are delivered smoothly, compliantly, and without incident.

You will own:

Direct supervision and invigilation of Functional Skills English and Mathematics assessments

Preparation, administration, and completion of exam-related documentation in line with JCQ and Awarding Body requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
