Meeting Place Marketing Specialist, Churchill Square, Brighton

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will contribute to creating vibrant, engaging and high-performing Meeting Places that attract visitors, strengthen the community connection and support commercial success. You will play a key role in delivering marketing activities that drive footfall, enhance brand presence and create meaningful experiences for customers and partners.

As a Meeting Place Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, tenants, partners and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events and activations across multiple channels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Executing integrated, multi-channel go-to-market plans, including campaigns, activations, programming and events aligned with Meeting Place goals
  • Supporting community engagement initiatives, coordinating local activities and facilitating communication with local stakeholders and authorities where required
  • Coordinating partner and tenant activations, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and delivering value for both visitors and partners
  • Gathering customer insights, data and performance metrics to support reporting and ongoing improvement of marketing effectiveness
  • Creating, adapting and publishing engaging content across Meeting Place channels, ensuring consistency, quality and relevance
  • Supporting the delivery of a strong and consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints

This role will report to the Meeting Place Manager.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a proactive and organised marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life and creating engaging experiences for customers and communities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident working across multiple activities and are motivated to deliver high-quality results.

You bring:

  • A university degree or a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing, events or activation
  • Experience in coordinating campaigns, events or community initiatives across multiple channels
  • A good understanding of integrated marketing, content creation and brand consistency
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical capability, with experience gathering insights, supporting reporting and measuring performance
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and drive delivery
  • A passion for creating engaging customer experiences and connecting with local communities
