The ethos of our practice is simple yet effective; we are committed to doing what is best for our clients through our expertise, personable approach, ability to build strong relationships and professionalism.

The Role

You will assist a partner with a catastrophic injury caseload on behalf of clients who have sustained serious life-changing injuries - in particular brain injuries, spinal injuries and serious orthopaedic injuries from which a full recovery is unlikely.

You will assist in all aspects of a busy and interesting caseload to include:

  • Meeting with new clients to discuss their case and their concerns to support them through the litigation process.
  • Liaising with case managers to assist with the provision of timely and high-quality rehabilitation after serious injury.
  • Supporting clients with referrals for benefits advice to ensure their maximum entitlement and setting up of personal injury trusts to safeguard damages.
  • Collating and reviewing medical records from various sources to include GPs, treating hospitals and other medical providers.
  • Organising other items of disclosure clearly and methodically for reference throughout the case.
  • Visiting witnesses, note taking and drafting witness statements for review and further discussion.
  • Instructing a range of experts to include liability experts, medical and non-medical experts throughout the claim.
  • Regular contact with clients in setting up medical assessments and ensuring their safe travel to and from appointments.
  • Attending conferences with Counsel, note taking, reporting on next steps and conducting follow up tasks.
  • Preparing for Court attendances, attending either alongside Counsel or your supervising Partner, note taking and conducting follow up tasks.
  • Assisting in the presentation of work in department and team meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
