About the Role
You’ll play a critical front-of-house role, delivering outstanding guest services and contributing to a friendly, secure atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, welcoming check-in for late arrivals and walk-ins
- Provide genuine, professional guest interactions, making every stay memorable
- Tackle a varied and dynamic range of front-of-house duties, which may include:
- Cleaning breakfast areas, front-of-house spaces, and external sites
- Preparing and setting up meeting rooms for the next day
- Uphold high standards of safety and security for both guests and colleagues
- In case of an emergency situation (e.g., evacuation due to fire), guide guests out safely and efficiently
- Handle telephone enquiries and address guest feedback while maintaining a friendly and professional approach
