About The Role
Innovation Analyst – Shape how we deliver delicious, every day
At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Innovation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in how we evaluate and shape new products, helping us understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we keep improving the experience for our customers.
Based in either Manchester or Milton Keyes in a Hybrid role requiring office presence 1-2 days per week, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, customer insight and commercial performance. You’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence real business decisions across marketing, product and leadership teams.
What You’ll Bring
This role is perfect if you enjoy getting under the skin of data and translating it into clear, practical insight that others can act on. You’re comfortable working across different teams, and you care about understanding the “why” behind performance, not just the numbers.
You’ll bring a mix of analytical capability, commercial awareness and curiosity, with the confidence to explain your thinking to a wide range of stakeholders.
What Do You Need To Succeed
- Strong SQL skills, with experience extracting, manipulating and analysing data, and ideally exposure to Python or similar tools for deeper analysis or modelling
- Experience building clear, reliable dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A solid understanding of product and commercial performance, including sales, customer behaviour and campaign outcomes, ideally within FMCG, retail or food and beverage
- Ability to bring together multiple data sources and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decisions
- Confident communicator, able to explain complex analysis in a straightforward way, with some exposure to experimentation, A/B testing or test-and-learn approaches

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
