Innovation Centre Degree Apprentice

As an Innovation Centre Degree Apprentice, you’ll work alongside our expert Innovation Team, gaining hands-on experience in laboratory research, product testing, and more—all while developing the skills for a successful career.

Critical success factors: You’ll earn while you learn through a degree apprenticeship, earning industry-relevant experience alongside your academic studies.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of exciting projects, including:

  • Supporting the development of new polyurethane foam technologies in our R&D laboratory
  • Conducting finished mattress performance and quality testing
  • Supporting laboratory research using wet chemistry processes in materials science
  • Collaborating on translating innovative ideas into tangible furniture and bedding products
  • Assisting in design decision-making and product improvements alongside experienced colleagues
