About the role
Strategic advisory and innovation role for someone who likes solving ambiguous growth, innovation and technology questions and wants more ownership than a larger firm typically gives you. You’ll lead client work across AI and tech strategy, innovation priorities, opportunity sizing and strategic growth questions, working closely with ExCo’s and boards.

About your background
- 3–6+ years in strategy, innovation and/or advisory consulting
- Comfortable leading workstreams and senior client conversations
- Strong consulting toolkit across structured problem solving, market analysis, horizon scanning, commercial thinking and storytelling
- Interested in the intersection of retail / consumer, technology, AI and innovation
