Who are we looking for?
As a key member of the R&D team, the Innovation & Culinary Chef will have an understanding of the latest food trends both retail and QSR, with previous experience in developing new products and playing an active role in developing relationship with Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for developing new product ideas and turning them into viable commercial products.
Candidate Profile
Develop and maintain key customer relationships through understanding of their markets, products, processes and online capabilities and constraints
Ability to be hands-on in developing products for customers either from specific briefs or concept ideas and leading product presentations in conjunction with Innovation team members. Have a natural interest and passion in food and an understanding of key ingredients and their functions Proactively keep abreast of new market trends and product concepts and generate new ideas Have knowledge of the usage of our products in application and drive new product development and continuous improvement Develop a full understanding of the Company’s capabilities and knowledge of the production and quality standards required Have a sound understanding of the Company’s capabilities (production limitations, company strategy, personnel limitations, etc.) Work within the prescribed development system (Recipe Management System, filing, etc.) Support the wider B2B R&D team by assisting in other areas to prevent overloading of work when required
