Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main role or projects? Join us to shape how AI learns, interprets, and applies innovation expertise at scale. About the Role 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are searching for experienced innovation professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the depth, accuracy, and practical relevance of AI-powered innovation and business transformation solutions. What You Will Do Review and refine AI-generated outputs on innovation topics, such as strategic innovation, business model design, organizational change, product development, and scaling innovation. Evaluate AI content for commercial realism, strategic logic, and relevance to true innovation challenges. Draft realistic scenarios and case studies that reflect your hands-on experience driving innovation in real organizations. Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives (e.g. innovation director, product lead, C-suite, board member). Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impracticality in AI-generated innovation content. In simple terms: You will review and improve AI-generated innovation content, ensuring it reflects authentic expertise and practical solutions. Instead of delivering traditional innovation consulting, you’ll apply your real-world experience to help AI systems deeply understand and reason about delivering successful innovation at scale. Who You Are A senior-level innovation director, innovation lead, strategy consultant, or business transformation leader. Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK. Several years of hands-on experience in driving innovation, business model transformation, or leading change initiatives. Strong ability to spot weak logic, theoretical gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in innovation reasoning. Comfortable working independently and providing clear, concise feedback.
