Innovation Marketing Manager | Major UK Food Business | Hybrid
About the Role
Partnering with one of the UK’s leading branded food businesses, home to some of the country’s most iconic household brands, to recruit an Innovation Marketing Manager based in Berkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing innovation team and play a pivotal role in bringing exciting new products to market, shaping the future of well-loved consumer brands.
The Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end innovation process, transforming consumer insights into commercially successful product launches. Working cross-functionally across Brand, Insights, R&D, Category, Commercial, and Shopper Marketing, you’ll develop compelling propositions that drive category growth and deliver real business impact.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
What they’re looking for:
- Strong FMCG marketing or innovation experience (food or drinks preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering successful NPD (New Product Development) and innovation projects
- Experience managing projects through Stage Gate processes
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build robust business cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Up to £66k (DOE) + bonus
- £6,000 car allowance
- Hybrid working model (2/3 days in the Berkshire office)
