The Role

We’re looking for an Innovation Project Lead – a hands-on, detail-obsessed leader who’ll own the end-to-end delivery of our NPD pipeline. This is a mid-senior-level, Fix Term (12 months maternity cover) role reporting to the Head of New Product Development.

You’ll bridge Product, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Creative, keeping complex projects moving at pace through phases like formulations, testing, packaging, and approvals. Think order out of chaos, timelines as sacred, and launch plans flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

✨ End-to-End NPD Delivery

  • Oversee multiple NPD projects from concept through to successful launch, orchestrating the whole innovation pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, critical paths, timelines, and dependencies across fast-moving workstreams.
  • Proactively spot risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to prevent delays.
  • Coordinate product testing, validation, and sign-off across stakeholders.
  • Bridge gaps between technical, operational, and commercial priorities to ensure alignment.

šŸ¤ Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Day-to-day project lead for teams across Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Brand, and Creative.
  • Keep teams informed on ownership, timelines, and priorities while driving alignment and decisions.
  • Develop strong working relationships and be the trusted go-to person for leadership and teams.
  • Line-manage team members, helping to remove blocks and keep momentum high.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
