Your new role
As an Innovations Tax Senior, you'll play a key role in advising clients on R&D tax relief and other innovation incentives. You'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients—from tech start-ups to established manufacturers—helping them unlock value through strategic tax planning. Your day-to-day will involve preparing robust technical documentation, liaising with HMRC, and supporting junior colleagues. You'll also contribute to business development initiatives and help shape the future of the innovation tax offering.

What You'll Need To Succeed
You'll bring a solid foundation in corporate tax, ideally with experience in R&D tax claims or innovation incentives. A background in science, engineering, or technology would be advantageous, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives. You'll be confident engaging with clients, proactive in managing deadlines, and eager to grow within a supportive team.
