Role Description
In this full-time, on-site Innovator role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, the team member will explore, design, and refine new concepts that improve experience continuity in software-defined vehicles. Daily responsibilities include:

- Researching emerging automotive software and mobility trends
- Brainstorming and testing new product ideas
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to turn concepts into practical solutions

The Innovator will:
- Map user journeys
- Identify critical experience disruption points
- Propose data-driven improvements to UCIVART and related technologies
The role also involves:
- Preparing clear documentation
- Presenting concepts to stakeholders
- Participating in pilot projects with automotive partners to validate innovative approaches
The Innovator will work closely with leadership to shape the innovation roadmap and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Innovation and product skills: experience in concept development, user journey mapping, and turning ideas into testable prototypes.
- Technical and analytical skills: familiarity with software systems (preferably automotive or embedded), data analysis, and problem-solving for complex technical challenges.
- Research skills: ability to conduct market, technology, and user research and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration and communication: strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education and experience: bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, design, innovation, or a related field; experience in automotive, mobility, or digital products is an advantage.
- Work style: curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment; ability to contribute on-site and engage directly with team members and partners.
