Do you have a knack for building strong relationships, solving challenges on the fly and a passion for customer satisfaction? At Vandapower, we are a fast-growing global leader in industrial battery components, with locations in BE, the UK and the US. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer success, working with a multicultural team to bring innovative solutions to our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Customer communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints and maintaining relationships through calls and visits
Order management and follow-up: Process orders, ensure timely delivery, proactively follow up on delayed or missing orders and provide regular updates to customers on order status
Issue resolution: Address customer complaints, organize returns and shipments, and manage credit notes, acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ within the organization

Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, including creating new customer profiles and tracking account statuses
Collaboration with the sales team: Work closely with the Customer Business Developers, participate in customer meetings and identify opportunities for cross-selling or additional sales support
Product knowledge and quotation management: Develop a deep understanding of products, handle quotations, follow up on quotes and ensure all quotes are generated through the system

Are you the right person?
You have a strong talent for building successful relations and finding creative solutions. You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus. You preferably have a first experience as Inside Sales Representative. You have remarkable administrative skills.
