Inside Sales Advisor - Castleford

**Inside Sales Representative – Toyota Material Handling

Logistically, we strive to deliver reliable solutions through our forklift product and services, and your role involves contacting prospective customers (both inbound and outbound) to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team.

About the Role

This position focuses on creating sales opportunities through proactive (outbound) and incoming (inbound) outreach, leveraging a CRM system to promote Toyota’s forklift solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct sales and customer engagement to drive leads and appointments
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Sell Toyota’s forklift products and services across their portfolio
  • Manage both traditional and digital customer interactions
