We provide the Happiness Programme - an interactive light therapy service, designed in collaboration with care staff, families, and friends to create meaningful impact. We support a range of care and community services across UK, Europe and North America, including care homes, hospitals and libraries.
Social-Ability is growing its reach and welcomes new team members who are passionate about improving the quality of care and community services.
Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Assistant role based in Tonbridge, offered on a hybrid basis with work-from-home flexibility.

The Inside Sales Assistant will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, support the sales team with lead follow-up, and maintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot) and order management systems. Daily tasks include responding to prospective and existing customers via phone and email, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating delivery details with internal teams.
The role also involves providing excellent customer service, answering product and service questions, and escalating complex issues when needed.
The Inside Sales Assistant will collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth experience for care providers and community organizations.

Skill & experience required
- Strong sales and customer success skills, with experience supporting a sales team in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear, professional phone and email communication and active listening skills.
- Order processing and basic administrative skills, including accuracy in data entry and familiarity with Hubspot or order management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting from Tonbridge, managing time and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems
Desirable experience
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, education or social impact sectors
