Fixed Term Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity

Callaway Golf Europe is hiring a Fixed Term Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to fill a maternity leave position for a period of 12 months, full time.

This role offers:

  • Flexible working arrangement (hybrid: home-based + office days, with a minimum of 3 days/week at Chessington HQ)
  • Competitive salary: £28,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will act as a strategic partner to key clients, driving long-term relationships while exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing deep knowledge of assigned client needs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to deliver customised solutions.
  • Ensuring a customer-first approach, balancing order entry, returns processing, and admin tasks.
  • Exhibiting strong multitasking and communication skills while maintaining target-driven performance.
  • Becoming an industry expert in Callaway products, leveraging golf industry knowledge to inform client interactions.

A background in B2B sales is a strong advantage.


Requirements & Expectations

The ideal candidate has: ✅ Knowledge of and passion for the golf industry. ✅ Strong sales & customer service instincts with a relationship-building focus. ✅ Experience with admin tasks (e.g., order processing, returns flows). ✅ Self-motivation from a remote element of working, alongside office collaboration. ✅ Proven ability to triple-task effectively and meet performance targets.
