Internal Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity at 2020 Warranty to drive internal sales targets of new business, extended warranties, and renewals. To manage the internal sales team with a core focus on closing deals, pipeline monitoring, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of internal sales executives to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop sales scripts, execute renewal campaigns, and pitch extended warranty or insurance products effectively.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline) to provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure all sales processes strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., FCA compliance) and company policies.
- CRM Oversight: Ensure fastidious use of the CRM system for accurate lead management, data capture, and sales forecasting.

Person Specification (Skills & Qualifications)
- Experience: 3+ years in internal/inside sales management, ideally within the financial products, insurance, or warranty sector.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer finance, insurance regulations, or warranty legislation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools like MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and dispute-resolution skills.

Location and Hours
Based in our St Ives, Cambridgeshire office with free on-site parking.
- Monday to Friday, 08.45am to 5pm with no weekend work.
- 31 days holiday and a day off for your birthday.
Renumeration
- The base salary is £34-£40k per year depending upon experience with an OTE £70,000 uncapped.
- Monthly commission based upon the performance of the team.
- Quarterly bonus based upon the business performance.
