About the Role
Samsara is seeking a talented and driven Account Development Manager for its UK&I region, who thrives in fast-paced, action-oriented environments. This role requires strong outbound sales, prospecting, coaching, and cultural leadership skills to develop a high-performing Account Development Representative (ADR) team. The position is hybrid (2 days in London HQ, 3 days remote)—no relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities
• Hire, coach, and develop Account Development Representatives (ADRs) into future Samsara sales leaders.
• Train and mentor ADRs to refine strategic prospecting skills while exceeding revenue targets.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture conducive to growth, accountability, and professional development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to optimize pipeline and revenue generation while aligning with business needs.
• Develop data-driven processes and systematic frameworks for effective team management.

• Lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team, ensuring culture scales globally.
Requirements
Minimum
• 5+ years of sales experience with proven success in driving results. • Deep expertise in propecting tactics, pipeline forecasting, and lead qualification. • Familiarity with propecting tech stacks (e.g., Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong). • Strong strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ideal (but not mandatory)
• Previous experience as an ADR and/or Account Executive (AE) in a SaaS company. • 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
