As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our inside sales team while remaining hands-on in driving commercial success.
Job Description
This is a player-manager role, combining people leadership with direct sales responsibility. You'll lead a team of Inside Sales Executives, helping them achieve their targets through coaching, performance management and continuous development, while managing your own portfolio of customers and opportunities.
Working closely with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, you'll help shape a scalable inside sales function that delivers sustainable revenue growth across our non-certification product portfolio.

What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Deliver team and individual sales targets across BRCGS's non-certification product portfolio.
- Manage your own pipeline of opportunities from lead generation through to close.
- Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
- Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion rates and sales performance.
- Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to strengthen product positioning and customer value propositions.
- Monitor sales performance, identify development opportunities and support continuous improvement across the team.
- Champion best practice sales processes and a customer-focused approach.

About you
You'll be an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing people and delivering commercial results.
Qualifications
- Experience leading or managing an inside sales, telesales or business development team within a B2B environment.
- A proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling services, training, subscriptions or other commercial solutions.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
- Excellent pipeline management and forecasting capability.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to sales.
- Experience within certification, assurance or regulated industries would be advantageous but isn't essential.
