Labcorp is seeking a remote Inside Sales Manager for our Central Labs Services team based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating mastery of social selling techniques and tools to reach clients through digital channels, including:
- Sharing information about Labcorp services
- Coordination of web conferences
- Participation in industry meetings
- Distribution of SME news
- Establishing and following an effective sales cadence to hit objectives and sales plans, including:
- Lead generation and creative follow-up strategies
- Driving joint targeting with aligned Sales Business Development Directors and actively contributing to prospecting in a defined territory to fill the sales funnel
- Skilfully using prospecting tools for effective outreach and engagement
- Building collaborative client relationships aimed at business growth
- Conducting deep-dive interviews to uncover key client needs, answering targeted business insight questions, and helping to build custom solutions
- Proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities across other business units
- Actively gathering competitor intelligence with a commercial perspective
- Mentoring and training new Inside Sales Managers, ensuring consistency in role practices
- Collaborating through co-calling with Business Development Directors to grow BU business, while adding scientific/technical credibility

- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or business field
- 1+ years of experience in central lab services
- 1+ years of experience in sales
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector, preferably in a global organisation
- 1+ years of experience in clinical research
Key Attributes
- Strong background in direct sales to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
- Ability to engage effectively with mid-level and executive decision makers in:
- CRO (Contract Research Organisation)
- Clinical Laboratory Services
- Medical Contract Research Organisation (CRO)
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously
- proficient with I.T tools, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
- Fluency in:
- English (mandatory)
- Spanish, German, or French (considered valuable)
