Life on the team
Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting Computacenter's growth. Due to continued business expansion, particularly across strategic growth areas, we are looking for an experienced people leader to join our Inside Sales leadership team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will lead leaders, drive service excellence and help shape the future direction of our teams. You will join a collaborative leadership environment where customer satisfaction, people development and operational excellence sit at the heart of everything we do.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop Team Leaders and their teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and operational excellence.
- Manage escalations and ensure service-level commitments are achieved.
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Service Management and business functions.
- Contribute to business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage resources, workforce planning and organisational design.
- Support financial management and commercial performance.
- Lead recruitment, succession planning and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

What you'll need
- Significant experience leading operational, commercial or customer-focused teams.
- Experience managing managers, Team Leaders or other people leaders.
- Strong coaching, leadership and talent development capability.
- Ability to work effectively within ambiguity and change.
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused decision making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
