Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our ever-evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Coach the Inside Sales team to help improve technical and sales skills.
  • Assist the Head of Strategic Growth & Partnerships in motivating the team to meet daily sales targets.
  • Assist the Head of Strategic Growth & Partnerships in the coordination and supervision of day-to-day operations, to ensure the delivery of high-quality sales activity and client engagement.
  • Accountable for the qualification of incoming leads, determining the appropriate sales process, promoting the products and services best suited to meet prospects’ payment collection objectives, and converting enquiries into profitable customers.
  • Ensure the appropriate compliance process is undertaken on all prospects, including the completion of the Risk and Assessment documents.
  • Continually manage and refine the sales process to increase sales velocity and assist the Head of Sales in driving the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales support and compliance teams to ensure that all converted prospects meet the company’s compliance and risk assessment standards.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Analyst & Salesforce teams to drive high-quality reporting & CRM functionality to ensure team members are informed & enabled.
  • Ensure relevant pricing policies are adhered to for all new customers, as issued by the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the API Services, Marketing, Onboarding, Credit/Risk, Support, and Product team to drive continual improvement and meet the needs of our customers.

What you’ll bring

  • Payments or Financial Tech Experience
  • Experience coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills.
  • 3+ years Internal Customer Support and/or internal sales experience
  • Success in driving a positive, driven Sales Culture
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport on the telephone.
