Reporting directly to the UK & Ireland sales team and working closely with marketing and business development, you will be responsible for:
Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound email activities Identifying and qualifying prospects in the hospitality sector (hotels, operators, developers, and owners) Organizing qualified meetings for the Business Development team Managing and maintaining the company CRM, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and updates Creating and segmenting target databases (hotel groups, operators, consultants, owners) Monitoring sales activities and pipeline progress Conducting market research and mapping key stakeholders in the UK & Ireland hospitality sector Identifying decision makers (owners, operators, asset managers, project teams) Supporting outbound campaigns and marketing activities (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach) Coordinating follow-ups from events, webinars, and inbound leads Reporting sales activities and monitoring performance KPIs

Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation roles Strong attitude toward cold calling and outbound outreach Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in data management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage priorities
