Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in driving Biamp’s business growth in the UK. Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new customers
- Reactivating dormant partners
- Supporting distributors, integrators, and resellers
You’ll proactively engage with accounts, follow up on leads, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Field Sales teams as needed. Over ~120 accounts, you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships while ensuring consistent engagement.
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities in a complex selling environment.
This role demands a balanced mix of proactive outreach, inbound lead handling, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Account Development
- Manage and grow sales across existing UK accounts.
- Conduct proactive outreach to partners/customers, guiding opportunities to close.
- Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Support existing accounts with training and product education.
Lead Management & Pipeline Development
- Follow up on inbound leads promptly.
- Use CRM tools to track projects, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
- Present/demonstrate technical AV solutions (in-person or via video).
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide detailed performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Sales Support & Partner Enablement
- Support distribution partners with opportunity development.
- Participate in training, events, and industry exhibitions.
- Assist with additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B commercial inside sales role.
- Be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and consistent in delivering sales and customer engagement.
- Be a customer-focused, results-oriented communicator.
- Speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Have affinity with AV/IT solutions.
- Be experienced with CRM systems and Office 365.
- Be comfortable juggling proactive outreach, lead follow-ups, and sales support.
- Enjoy building commercial relationships and pursuing new opportunities in a large, diverse account base.
