To strengthen our Vision Care Sales Team, we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Camberley.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional sales support and account management to customers across the United Kingdom, including opticians, ophthalmologists, and contact lens practices.
A typical day will include:
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts and relationships while implementing effective sales strategies
- Drive customer satisfaction and support the growth of our Vision Care portfolio, with a particular focus on contact lenses
- Negotiate commercial agreements and execute annual business and activity plans with customers
- Communicate and implement product strategies, with a strong focus on strategic product priorities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Take ownership of sales revenue and volume targets within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the customer base
- Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement activities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Passion for sales, strong customer focus, and the ambition to build a successful career within a global organization
- Interest in consultative and technical products, combined with a strong willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of business management principles and commercial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify business opportunities
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
