Nottingham | Hybrid | £30,000 - £35,000 pa DOE basic salary + Bonuses (Up to £6k)

Join a growing IT reseller and managed services business as an Inside Sales Representative where you’ll play a key role in keeping customers supported, sales moving, and opportunities progressing. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales admin and sales support experience who wants to develop their career in a fast-moving sales team with real scope to grow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an extension to the Corporate Account Management team, take ownership of non-strategic sales activity; responding to requests, providing quotes, resolving queries, and protecting customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, pricing is validated, and customer billing accounts are set-up as required, working closely with Finance on order disputes, resolutions, credit control and contract changes where necessary.
  • Identify/explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and provide information of strategic sales opportunities to the Account Managers.
  • Monitor customer activity, acting on up-coming renewal dates and spotting commercial risks.
  • Lead the post-sale handover process and coordinate with internal Operations, Engineering and Service teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Monitor delivery progress, acting as the escalation point for risks / delays in deliveries, consistently ensuring delivered services align with the agreed scope.
  • Ensure all activity and updates are efficiently and accurately recorded across CRM and ERP systems

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a B2B Internal Account Management, Sales Support or similar role is essential.
  • Experience within Technology, IT Managed Services, Logistics or a similar B2B environment.
  • Previous experience working with a CRM, and order management systems.
  • Confident & professional communication skills, with a positive & proactive character is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and a process-driven approach.
  • A commercially aware mindset with a genuine focus on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with billing or ERP platforms and an understanding of renewals, contract lifecycles and commercial governance would also be advantageous.
