Location: Nottingham | Type: Hybrid Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa (DOE basic) + Bonuses (Up to £6k)

About the Role
Join a growing IT reseller and managed services business as an Inside Sales Representative. Your role will involve supporting customers, driving sales activity, and ensuring seamless business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales support experience looking to advance their career in a high-energy team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as an extension to the Corporate Account Management team by:
- Taking ownership of non-strategic sales tasks, such as responding to requests and customer queries
- Providing accurate quotes and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Supporting order disputes, resolutions, and contract changes with the Finance team
- Ensure billing accuracy by:
- Validating prices and setting up customer billing accounts
- Working with Finance on pricing, credit control, and contract modifications
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing customers
- Pass strategic sales opportunities to Account Managers
- Monitor customer activity including:
- Tracking approaching renewal dates and detecting commercial risks
- Leading post-sale handover processes
- Coordinating with internal Operations, Engineering, and Service teams for seamless fulfilment
- Act as a point of escalation for any risks or delays, ensuring the timely delivery of services that fit the original agreement
- Maintain records of all activities and updates in CRM and ERP systems with high accuracy and efficiency

Requirements
- Essential:
- Experience in a B2B Internal Account Management or Sales Support role
- Background in Technology, IT Managed Services, or Logistics
- Proven experience with CRM and order management systems
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- A commercially aware mindset with a focus on customer experience
- Desirable:
- Familiarity with billing/ERP platforms or understanding contract lifecycles
- Knowledge of renewals and commercial governance
