About the Role
We are an award-winning, innovative, and fast-growing IoT company, and we are looking for an energetic, driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
As part of our inside sales team, you will play a key role in shaping growth by managing inbound leads, nurturing SMB accounts, driving targeted outbound campaigns, and closing sales tied to key product initiatives.
You will engage with customers across industrial manufacturing, smart cities, energy, & startup segments to guide them through their IoT journey while helping to simplify connectivity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of SDR, or Business Development experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a clear path into full-cycle sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads
- Running targeted outbound prospecting campaigns
- Building and nurturing a pipeline of SMB customers
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Working closely with Marketing on campaigns and follow-up
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline using HubSpot & Salesforce
- Meeting and exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets

We're looking for someone who has:
- 1–3 years' experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Business Development
- A track record of generating opportunities through inbound and outbound activity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions simply
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
- A proactive, resilient mindset and a genuine desire to progress into a closing role
- An interest in technology, IoT, SaaS, or hardware solutions is a bonus
Location
Remote UK - Ideally South England / commutable to London
