About the Role

LoadSpring is expanding into predictive transformation, leveraging its LoadSpring Cloud Platform and LoadSpring INSIGHTS capabilities. Our technology provides a secure hosting environment for project and capital-intensive industries’ critical applications, offering robust reporting and analytical databases of high-quality, structured data.

This role bridges innovation with enterprise solutions. As an Inside Sales Representative within LoadSpring Solutions, you’ll drive inbound qualified leads to closed deals by combining precision, persistence, and consultative sales. This is a hybrid position in which you can work in an office or remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion

    • Manage and convert inbound qualified leads into sales opportunities.
    • Nurture situations through the funnel with speed and accuracy.
  • Pipeline Management

    • Own and grow a robust pipeline, progressing opportunities from discovery to proposal to close.
    • Ensure consistent follow-up and proactive outreach to expedite the sales cycle.
  • Prospect Engagement

    • Conduct high-quality discovery calls, presentations, and solution discussions.
    • Tailor discussions to prospects’ needs and pain points.
  • Collaboration

    • Partner with Account Management for seamless handoffs post-win.
    • Provide feedback to enhance marketing campaigns, workflows, and messaging.

  • Sales Excellence

    • Position LoadSpring’s solutions as ROI-driving responses to client challenges.
    • Deliver exceptional, consultative sales experiences.
  • Forecasting & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate CRM records.
    • Provide monthly forecasts and track progress against targets.
  • Market Awareness

    • Stay informed on AEC, project controls, and related industries to advocate for LoadSpring’s value proposition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in B2B environments, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Artists experienced in creating automated marketing attribution for campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage decision-makers remotely.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve quota and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Capable of remote persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building via phone engagements.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time-management and task-prioritisation skills.
  • Located within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Experience with project management software or related tools is a plus.
  • Background in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) space or project controls/management industries is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

Base salary range: £37,000–£47,000/year, plus performance-driven sales commission. Variations depend on experience, skills, and other individual qualifications.
