Key Details

  • Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 OTE (£55,000 total including 13K Commission + Training + Progression + Bonus, Flexitime + 31 Days Holiday + Early Friday Finish)
  • Location: Oxford

The Role You will:

  • Be the go-to expert for technical customer queries.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare quotes and costings and occasionally attend customer sites.
  • Develop and deliver technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical customer queries and create tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and costings for products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Support customers on technical and procurement matters from pre- to post-sale.
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8am–4:30pm; Friday, 8:30am–1pm.
