Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to cultivate and expand a diverse portfolio of HVAC-R OEM customers across the UK & Nordics.

This high-impact, relationship-driven role is perfect for a broad-portfolio sales professional who excels at upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management, while delivering revenue through strategic customer engagement in a digital, remote-first environment.

You will serve as the primary commercial liaison for your assigned clients, promoting Copeland’s world-leading compressors, electronic controls, and system solutions by ensuring seamless interactions, driving growth opportunities, and coordinating technical support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and sustain trusted relationships with HVAC-R OEMs via remote channels (video, phone, email).
    • Manage and engage a high-value, diverse portfolio of accounts, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and assessing account health.
    • Conduct regular check-ins to understand evolving market needs and anticipate opportunities for upsell/cross-sale.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Growth

    • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives across Copeland’s product and solution portfolio to maximise revenue potential.
    • Negotiate pricing discussions and contracts while adhering to defined guidelines.
    • Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented.
  • Customer Advocacy & Technical Engagement

    • Be the primary point of contact for all assigned B2B customers (technical leads, procurement teams).
    • Identify and expand connections with "hidden champions" at customer organisations.
    • Stay abreast of HVAC-R market trends, competitor movements, and customer challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
