The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of HVAC-R OEM customers across the UK & Nordics.
This role is ideal for asales professional who thrives in a broad-portfolio, high-impact engagement environment, building strong digital relationships while driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management. You will act as the primary commercial interface for your customers, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting Copeland’s range of compressors, electronic controls, and system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via remote channels (video, phone, email)
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to assess needs and identify growth opportunities
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives for Copeland’s product and solution portfolio
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations within set guidelines
- Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Ensure accurate forecasting and proper customer interaction documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, liaising with internal teams as needed
- Identify and develop “hidden champions” within customer organisations to expand business potential
- Stay informed on HVAC-R market trends, competitors, and customer challenges

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years in sales, account management, or technical sales, ideally in HVAC-R or a related sector
- Ability to manage a broad portfolio with strong prioritisation skills
- Familiarity with technical products, including mechanical and electronic components (preferred)
- Technical curiosity and ability to translate product value to customers
- Strong communication skills for remote/digital customer interactions
- Customer-centric mindset and proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Experience with ** CRM tools** and pipeline management
- Confidence working with sales targets and quotas
- Fluency in English (additional languages would be an advantage)
