PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: RFQ Serves as a direct Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer contact for quote processing and acts as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, subsidiaries and field sales force for fulfilling customer requirements. Processes Super Service, platinum & Silver customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner. Controls and manages RFQ workflow Reviews and validates quoted delivery with appropriate Production personnel prior to order entry. Prepares written response to Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer if delivery situation has changed. Supplies information to Super Service, Platinum & Silver customers concerning pricing, delivery, technical inquiries, shipment details, etc. Quotation follow up for order execution ORDER FEEDBACK Serves as a direct Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer contact for order feedback and acts as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, subsidiaries and field sales force for fulfilling customer order requirements. Processes Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer feedback requests in a timely and accurate manner. Controls and manages Feedback Workflow Reviews and validates Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer order deliveries with appropriate Production personnel and prepares a written response to customer if delivery situation has changed. ORDERS Supports order booking and administration process COMPLAINTS Controls and manages CAT A/B VOC Workflow process OTHER Coordinates Fusion Maintenance and Price List Creation KPI Management Investigates and verifies accuracy of all debit and credit adjustments to customer accounts Analyzes project wins and losses. Inside Sales Initiatives Performs other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Preferably Honours degree in business management (or similar, e.g., marketing, sales), or Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales Knowledge of Systems Administration and Management Excellent PC skills (MSO) / Excellent interpersonal / telephone skills.
