Position Overview
The Inside Sales (Telesales) role will support the external Sales Team by:
- Promoting lead generation sales
- Prospecting B2B solutions to new and existing clients
- Generating new and enhanced business opportunities
- Building relationships with customers, sales engineers, and customer care teams
- Achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target potential customers across industries requiring B2B lead generation solutions in HVAC and Process Cooling
- Assist Sales Engineers, Customer Care Teams, and Internal Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, regularly updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate, up-to-date information
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns supporting sales efforts
- Handle outbound sales calls with set targets

Technical Development
- Develop a deep understanding of solutions in HVAC and Process Temperature Control Industry, including:
- Process Chillers
- Temperature control units
- Related equipment
- Installation processes
- Work with technical guidance to assist customers in selecting the most suitable solutions based on their needs
- Collaborate with external sales engineering and project management teams
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact
- Understand and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with sales engineering and CRM to set leads and appointments
- Proactively build positive relationships with Customer Care Teams to enhance customer experience
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify improvements and growth areas
- Provide insights and recommendations to management to enhance sales strategies and achieve objectives

Internal Controls
- Compliance with QHSE and Trane Technologies initiatives, including:
- Country- or industry-specific risk assessments
- Mandatory QHSE training
- Follow internal code of conduct and ethical frameworks
- Initiate learning and development through My Learning
- Align personal business goals with bonus targets
- Contribute to individual performance feedback from customers, stakeholders, and line managers
- Complete any ad hoc duties reasonably requested by your line manager
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong people skills with a positive mindset
- Good Communication skills
- Advantageous if you have:
- Sales, Business, or Engineering in B2B
- Team leadership and collaborative teamwork experience
- Proficient in:
- Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems (advantageous)
- Right to work confirmation for the country of application
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive in the country of application
