Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Service Sales Specialist to join our growing EMEA team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to highlight the value of TA Instruments service contracts, ensuring their instruments remain fully supported and minimizing downtime. This fast-paced, remote position offers the opportunity to own and grow a defined territory, requiring strong relationship-building, commercial acumen, and a proactive, results-driven approach to sales.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell service contract solutions to both existing and prospective customers.
- Utilize SAP to access account information and generate demand and service contract quotes.
- Engage customers by providing product information and asking targeted, qualifying questions to understand their needs.
- Conduct outbound customer calls to follow up on quotes, drive engagement, and close sales opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and territory reports to identify prospects and support business development efforts.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume opportunity pipeline using CRM/account management tools.
- Track sales activity, open opportunities, and follow-up actions within TA Instruments CRM.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics (KPIs) as defined by management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, professional communication with end users and decision-makers.

Qualifications
Education:
- Science related background and education would be beneficial
Experience:
- Effective diagnostic selling skills or willingness to learn and develop in this area.
- Customer-focused with exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- 3-5 years of inside service sales experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly desirable.
Competencies:
- Strong English communication skills; additional language capabilities in German, Spanish, or French are a plus
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
- Proven ability to manage remote sales activities, including initiating contact, building rapport, and navigating complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset with strong active listening skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability
