About WorkBuzz

WorkBuzz was founded in 2018, has raised £12.5m funding and has 400 clients, including iconic brands like Five Guys, Butlins and Virgin. Our mission is to lead a new era of employee listening: AI-first, beyond surveys and turning employee voice into competitive advantage.

Our AI-powered platform makes it easy for mid and large-sized companies to gather real-time employee feedback and uncover what truly matters. Our new AI-native product Dialogue launches us into operational listening, putting employee listening in the hands of operational leaders – where decisions are made and change actually happens.

Trusted across industries, we combine smart technology with a human approach - helping leaders make better decisions, faster. We’re growing fast and looking for mission-driven people to join us!

The Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy, AI-forward Analyst to join our People Science team, turning WorkBuzz employee listening data into clear, accurate and useful insight for clients.

This role is for someone who actively seeks smarter ways to work, freeing up time for the deeper analysis, thinking and storytelling that truly adds value. Working closely with our consultants and guided by the Lead Analyst, the role builds expertise in the WorkBuzz platform, employee listening data and analytical methods, developing towards greater ownership of client and broader business insight work over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn data into insight at pace

    • Produce accurate analysis, charts, tables and slides from employee survey results for use in client reports and presentations
    • Ensure standard outputs including demographic cuts, trend comparisons and summary tables, following established templates and methods, and using automation to increase speed and consistency where possible
    • Support more advanced analysis, such as driver analysis, segmentation analysis and performance linkage with guidance from the Lead Analyst
    • Ensure appropriate checks to ensure accuracy of all outputs before they're shared
  • Support great client delivery

    • Work with People Science Consultants to understand specific client needs, outputs required and delivery timelines
    • Ensure report decks are populated with well-formatted, accurate data summaries, flagging interesting patterns or anomalies along the way
    • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests quickly and reliably, ensuring consultants are equipped to do their best work
    • Use and help maintain reusable presentation templates, chart formats and analysis approaches to support consistency across client deliverables.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
