SALARY: Starting from £29,854.40 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Fixed Term Contract until March 2027

We're looking for an Insight Executive, known internally as a Commission Insight Executive, to provide data and insight on VWFS UK Commission models, supporting responses to Financial Ombudsman Service requests and litigation matters.
This high-impact, analytical role will be instrumental in delivering accurate and timely insights, managing inbound queries from the Financial Ombudsman Service and legal teams, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs. You'll also drive continuous improvements to reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) cases from receipt to resolution, ensuring case files are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines
- Responding to FOS queries and requests, providing clear, comprehensive information and supporting evidence
- Handling customer concerns and escalations in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Supporting the management of litigation and FOS outcomes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal partners
- Implementing FOS and court decisions accurately, including calculating and processing any required redress payments
- Maintaining accurate records of complaints received via legal representatives and supporting reporting activities
- Preparing witness statements and case documentation to support legal proceedings where required
- Managing and maintaining key point-of-sale documentation, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date
- Building strong relationships across the business to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance customer outcomes
- Identifying and driving continuous improvements to existing processes, controls, and ways of working
- Collaborating with the Data Insights team to ensure complaint and case data is accurate, reliable, and actionable
- Completing ad-hoc reviews, reconciliations, and quality checks across FOS and litigation cases
- Producing reports and sharing key insights with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining process documentation and delivering guidance or training to external partners on new and updated procedures

What you’ll bring:
You'll be highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and deliver accurate insights in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You'll have a strong delivery mindset, using data and numerical analysis to support decision-making, resolve complex queries, and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience within automotive finance, financial services, banking, or a regulated environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience managing customer complaints, resolutions, or case investigations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and a focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and delivering results
