We're partnering with a well-known organisation within the grocery and consumer goods sector that's investing heavily in data, marketing and customer insight. They're looking for an Insight & Analytics Executive to help uncover the stories behind the data and influence key business decisions. This isn't a reporting-heavy analyst role. It's about asking questions, connecting data from multiple sources, identifying trends and turning information into meaningful insight that shapes marketing strategy and organisational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Measure campaign, brand and digital performance.
- Use GA4, Looker Studio and Excel to uncover meaningful insights.
- Build dashboards and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support marketing with data-led decision making.
- Continuously improve how the organisation measures success.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in Analytics, Insights or Performance Marketing.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Someone who's naturally curious, enjoys problem solving and loves digging beneath the surface of the data.
