SALT is supporting a global FMCG business within the beauty and wellbeing sector.
This role sits within a consumer marketing insights and demand creation function, focusing on driving the analytics agenda across a range of marketing capabilities.
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day analytics roadmap, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, and embedding insight-led decision making. The role requires someone comfortable operating across both strategic and hands-on analytics environments.

KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
- 6+ month contract, outside IR35
- Hybrid working in London
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and manage the analytics roadmap across demand creation and marketing capabilities
- Coordinate multiple analytics workstreams, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Embed analytics tools, frameworks, and outputs into marketing decision-making routines
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Navigate complex organisational structures and align stakeholders across functions
- Deep dive into data where required while maintaining a holistic view of performance

ABOUT YOU
- Experience managing marketing or demand creation analytics within a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination across multiple workstreams
- Proven ability to translate analytics into business and marketing decisions
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on analysis
- Experience working in consumer-focused or marketing-led environments
