This is a rare shot at real ownership. You won’t be managing a queue of requests. You’ll be setting the insights agenda for two of the most ambitious categories inside a global fashion business, and the business is genuinely ready to listen.
About The Client
Our client is a global premium lifestyle brand with a well-regarded, lean CMI function that punches well above its size. They’re mid-transformation, building segmentation and path-to-purchase foundations from the ground up, and looking for someone to help shape what comes next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Day-to-Day
You’ll own insight strategy for two global fast-growing categories, working closely with brand, marketing and merchandising teams, and regional CMOs, without a regional CMI team to lean on. Expect to get properly hands-on: briefing agencies, reworking data tables, running your own analysis, and turning all of it into sharp, senior-ready stories. You’ll influence brand positioning and campaign thinking, not just report on it.

The Ideal Candidate
You’re commercially minded, hungry, and genuinely energised by a lean, fast-moving environment. You don’t wait to be asked. You spot the gap and go after it. You’re just as comfortable in a data table as you are in a room full of senior stakeholders, and you know how to translate one into the other. Background matters less than mindset here: what counts is curiosity, pace, and the confidence to push back when it’s needed.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
