About Ozone

Ozone is a digital advertising business with a difference. We are powered by the human connections created by audience-first media businesses – those online places where people come to be informed, inspired, and entertained every day.

Our audience platform combines these connections at scale, with brilliant creative and deep audience capabilities to deliver measurable business impact for brands. We also provide publishers with tools, expertise and a collective voice to maximise the value of the powerful audience connections they create.

About this role

We are seeking a highly analytical, curious and creative Insight Manager to join our award-winning Marketing team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our efforts to surface commercial insights from our rich audience data, transforming them into compelling narratives that drive advertiser engagement across the Ozone platform.

The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping how Ozone communicates its unique value proposition to the global advertising industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Ownership, delivery and development of key Ozone insight activity, including:

    • Weekly ‘Connections’ insights (Reading the Nation UK and States of Connection USA)
    • Bi-monthly audience and moment spotlight insights (US market)
    • Seasonal and marquee moment deep-dives (UK and USA)
    • Support producing Ozone’s annual ‘Planning Guide’ for brands and advertisers (UK and USA)
  • Ownership of commercial insights collateral, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest proprietary and third-party data releases, exploring other insight-led sales arguments to support Ozone’s commercial narrative, and communicating changes to keep Ozone's global sales hub fully updated.

  • Repackage proprietary insights, learnings, and wider market and consumer trends into broader marketing activity, including campaigns, promotions, activations, events, sponsorships and PR opportunities.

  • Work closely with the commercial and sales strategy teams across markets to understand their needs and support them with proactive or inbound advertiser brief requests, offering broad audience, marquee moment and category insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
